Connecting QuickBooks
Each client is a consolidation group of QuickBooks Online companies. Connect each company once with the “Connect to QuickBooks” button — the connection is read-only until you explicitly approve a fix. If a connection stops working, reconnect from the client’s page.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect any company at any time from its page in Flatbooks, which revokes our access token at Intuit. You can also disconnect from your QuickBooks account under Settings → Apps. Once disconnected, we no longer access that company’s data.
The one-click fix & undo
Nothing is written to QuickBooks unless you preview and approve the exact journal entry. Every fix posts as an ordinary QuickBooks journal entry your client’s accountant can review, and you can undo it from Flatbooks.
Billing & refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee — email us within 60 days for a full refund. See the Terms for details.
Deleting your data
To delete your account and data, use the delete option in your account settings or email us and we’ll remove your data and revoke any connected QuickBooks tokens. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
